Ahrilex GRC collects minimal personal information necessary for account management and billing. Documents and enterprise data uploaded for compliance analysis are used strictly for the generation of the risk report.
We employ a strict **Zero-Retention Architecture** for all client documents. Once an audit or risk analysis job is finalized, the original uploaded files and the resulting intermediate text chunks are purged from our active processing memory. We do not use your proprietary documents to train our underlying AI models.
Ahrilex interacts with external Large Language Model APIs (e.g., Groq, OpenAI) to perform the analysis. We ensure that our API agreements with these providers prohibit them from using our payloads to train their public models, thus securing your intellectual property.
